Information has been passed on to our local regarding the AFSCME Advantage Debit Card. The attached fact and Q/A sheets also provide additional information.

A letter has been sent out to all state employees regarding a significant change in a qualifying life event regarding health coverage. This letter covered changing plan options/adding dependents and New/Re-hires/removing dependents. If you have any questions regarding these changes, please contact the PEBTF directly.
